Introduction
The PhD program in Law Enforcement and Regulations Management is designed to equip students with advanced knowledge, critical thinking skills, and research expertise necessary to address complex issues in law enforcement, regulatory systems, and governance. This program explores the intersection of law enforcement practices, regulatory frameworks, and public policy to prepare students to develop innovative solutions for emerging challenges in areas such as criminal justice administration, regulatory compliance, and policy implementation.
Students will engage in rigorous coursework and research to gain an in-depth understanding of topics such as regulatory theory, public safety management, ethics in law enforcement, and international regulatory practices. The curriculum emphasizes the application of theoretical frameworks to real-world challenges, fostering expertise that contributes to safer communities, effective governance, and the promotion of justice.

Admission Requirement:
Candidates must have a minimum of five credits in WAEC, NECO or GCE Ordinary Level which must include English Language and Mathematics.
- Candidates should have M.A/M.Sc in Crises and Humanitarian Management or any other relevant course from University of Abuja or any other recognized University.
- Candidates with sufficient professional experience and training in relevant fields but without some of the requirements above are encouraged to apply.
Duration and Delivery Mode
The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Crises and Humanitarian Management course shall consist of both contacts and online (Hybrid) delivery for a minimum period of 36 months (3 years) and a maximum of 60 months (5 years).
