Introduction
The PhD program in Border Security Management is an advanced research degree that addresses the increasingly complex issues surrounding border security in an era of heightened globalization, migration, and transnational threats. Admission Requirement:
Candidates must have a minimum of five credits in WAEC, NECO or GCE Ordinary Level which must include English Language and Mathematics.
- Candidates should have M.A/M.Sc in Crises and Humanitarian Management or any other relevant course from University of Abuja or any other recognized University.
- Candidates with sufficient professional experience and training in relevant fields but without some of the requirements above are encouraged to apply.
Duration and Delivery Mode
The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Border Security Management course shall consist of both contacts and online (Hybrid) delivery for a minimum period of 36 months (3 years) and a maximum of 60 months (5 years).
